In the year of 1991, the Board of Directors of the International Association of Diving Contractors (ADCI) based in Houston, United States of America, approved the entry of SEBUTE S.A. as a general member, and first companies in Latin America that comply with the worldwide regulatory procedures to perform Commercial Diving operations, within the general safety regulations.

SEBUTE S.A. and the Multinationals OCEANEERING INTERNATIONAL INC., LOG SUB of Brazil, and TTS of Norway maintain in association, permanent commercial relations and of assistance and technological exchange, in order to supply all kinds of specialized equipment and services of advanced offshore marine technology in the Republic of Colombia, the Caribbean area and neighboring countries in South America.

SEBUTE S.A. In the international field, it is approved by several sorting houses such as DNVGL, Lloyd's Register of Great Britain and Rina of Italy, ABS of the United States for the provision of Marine Services and Submarines of Professional Diving.

SEBUTE S.A. It is registered in the Uniform Registry of Evaluation of Occupational Health and Environmental Programs for Contractors of the Hydrocarbons sector since May 2, 2005.
